HEAT SINK COMPOUND, 1lb. CAN

A zinc oxide-filled silicone grease with excellent heat transfer capabilities. It will not soften under elevated temperatures and will not dry out or harden. The material is a thick paste consistency that can be applied by spatula. It is commonly used as an interface to facilitate the transfer of heat from the electrical device to the heat sink or chassis. The compound adheres to metal surfaces and will not melt, bleed or harden over time. The product is not conductive.
