The Xcelite 5 in. static-dissipative shear cutter features blue ESD-safe grips to help prevent damage to sensitive electronics. The shear style blades greatly reduce the mechanical shock delivered to the components and is designed to flush cut soft wire up to 20 AWG (0.8 mm).
