The TBK Series 1/4? plugs feature a durable black aluminum shell housing designed to allow for smoother plugging and unplugging. Gold plated plug contacts and tin plated wire terminals are standard, as well as solder termination and a threaded housing assembly. They include a plastic pressure chuck which tightens onto the cable to provide extended strain relief.

These 1/4? plugs can be used with modern high density jackfields, which means you can not only use them for guitars, basses, keyboards, snakes, speakers, and mixers, but you can also use these connectors in a patch bay for a home studio or professional recording studio.
